5-Day Return Policy

You have 5 days from the date of delivery to request a return or replacement for an eligible item.

To be eligible, the item must:

Be damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered.
Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.
Have all original tags and packaging intact.
Be accompanied by your order number or proof of purchase.

To request a return or replacement, contact us at jc.fashionforwomen@gmail.com within 5 days of delivery. Please include:

Your Order Number
Clear photos or videos of the product
A brief description of the issue

Our support team will review your request and provide further instructions.

Damaged, Defective & Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery. If you receive:

A damaged product
A defective product
The wrong item

Contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or approve a return, depending on the situation.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

Change of mind
Incorrect size selected by the customer
Color preference
Personal preference
Products that have been used, washed, or damaged after delivery
Products without original tags or packaging
Sale, clearance, or promotional items (unless damaged or incorrect)
Gift cards

Exchanges

Exchanges are available only if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item. Once your request is approved, we will arrange a replacement subject to product availability.

Refunds

If a replacement is not available, an eligible refund will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping

If your return or replacement request is approved due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, JC Fashion For Women will provide return instructions. Please do not return any item without contacting us first, as unauthorized returns may not be accepted.
